- Booking partner product pages (Tiqets) — only for describing what partner products may include, never as a source of fixed prices.
- Official public bodies — e.g. Barcelona’s transport operator TMB for transport.
- Technical and legal documentation — for how this website itself is built and operated.

How we verify and update
- Time-sensitive facts (prices, hours, rules) are stored in one place and re-checked manually against the official source.
- When we cannot verify something (for example, exact journey times or crowd levels), we say so rather than estimate.
- Official venue prices are always labelled as official and kept separate from partner prices.
What we will not publish
- Invented first-hand visits, interviews or author credentials.
- Fake reviews, star ratings or popularity rankings.
- Claims of guaranteed availability, cheapest prices or special access we cannot substantiate.
- Static partner prices presented as current offers.
Use of AI and automation
Software tools may help us draft and structure pages. Facts are checked against the sources above, and no page claims experience its authors have not had.
Corrections
If you spot an error or outdated information, email book@sagradafamiliatickets.es with the page address and, ideally, a link to the official source. We review correction requests and update pages where the official source confirms a change.
