Facts checked against official sources How we check facts

Booking and tickets

Is this the official Sagrada Família website?

No. We are an independent guide, not the official venue website. Live ticket listings on this site come from our booking partner, Tiqets, and we may earn a commission.

Who do I contact to change or cancel a booking?

The seller named on your booking confirmation — for example Tiqets, or the venue if you booked directly. We do not issue, change or refund tickets.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

The venue says tickets can be bought online and via on-site QR codes subject to availability. There is no guaranteed walk-up sale, so book ahead.

Are tickets named?

Yes. Tickets are personal and you need official photo ID. Discount categories require proof of eligibility.

Does “skip the line” mean no waiting?

No. It means a pre-booked timed ticket. Security screening applies to everyone.

On the day

What if I arrive late?

Entry is timed, and late arrival can mean you are refused entry. Allow time for security and finding your entrance.

How long does a visit take?

The venue suggests about an hour. The standard audio guide track is about 45 minutes and the express track about 25 minutes.

Is there a luggage storage?

There are no general luggage lockers. Tower visitors may need to leave small bags in temporary storage. Do not bring suitcases.

What is the quiet hour?

Since 2 February 2026, 09:00 – 10:00 is a quiet hour. Headphones are required for the audio guide and visitors are asked to keep noise to a minimum.

What should I wear?

No swimwear or see-through clothing; trousers and skirts at least mid-thigh; shoulders covered in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament.

Towers and accessibility

How many towers can I visit?

One — Nativity or Passion — per tower ticket.

How do you get up and down the towers?

By lift up and on foot via narrow stairs down.

Is there an age limit for the towers?

Yes: no children under 6, and children aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the Sagrada Família accessible?

The basilica is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility; the venue indicates Entrance B on Carrer de la Marina. The towers are not wheelchair accessible.

Prices

What are the official ticket prices?

Adult base prices published by the venue: EUR 26 (entry + app audio guide), EUR 30 (official guided tour), EUR 36 (entry + one tower), EUR 40 (guided + one tower).

Why is the Tiqets price different?

Partners set their own prices and products can include different services. The live widget and checkout show the current price.

Do you charge a fee?

No. We don’t sell tickets or take payments. We may receive a commission from the booking partner.

Necessary storage is always on. Everything else is off until you turn it on.
