1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of sagradafamiliatickets.es. Contact: book@sagradafamiliatickets.es.
2. What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or checkout. We do not collect payment details. The personal data we may process is limited to:
- Emails you send us — your address and message, to reply to you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps at your request).
- Your privacy choice — stored in your own browser’s local storage, not on our servers.
- Hosting logs — our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
3. Third-party booking partner
If you allow partner content or press “Load ticket offers”, your browser loads a widget from Tiqets. Tiqets may then process data and set cookies under its own privacy policy, including for affiliate attribution. When you book, your contract and personal data are handled by Tiqets or the supplier named in your booking, not by us. We receive aggregate commission reports from Tiqets so we can see which referrals led to bookings. These reports do not include your payment details.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and an email service provider for our inbox. Where these providers transfer data outside the EEA, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. Retention
We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it, and in any case no later than 12 months after our last exchange unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD) you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing book@sagradafamiliatickets.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local authority.
